How to use

1. Charge by USB-C before first use.
2. Open the reservoir and fill it with your hair essence, a light hair oil or water. Do not use a thick butter or an undiluted essential oil: the dispensing chamber is built for fluid liquids.
3. Brush in sections from the ends upward, pressing the button as you go so the mist lands along the lengths.
4. When you have finished, press the retract button and lift the hair out of the cushion.
5. Empty the reservoir, wipe the body dry, and never put the electrical parts under running water.

Two tools, two jobs

What can I put in the reservoir?

Hair essence, a fluid hair oil or serum, or water. Avoid thick butters and never use an undiluted essential oil, which should not touch the scalp in any case.

What does the red light actually do?

It is a light, and it is sold as a comfort feature during brushing. We are not going to tell you it regrows hair, because the evidence for that in a consumer brush does not exist.

Does it straighten hair?

No. Nothing straightens hair without heat. It smooths and reduces frizz by brushing hair while it is lightly damp, which is a different thing.

How does the self-cleaning work?

Press the button on the back and the bristles retract into the cushion, pushing the trapped hair out as they go. You lift it off in one piece.

How long does a charge last?

The motor only runs while you hold the button, so a full charge covers several weeks of daily use for most people.

Does it work on curly or thick hair?

Yes, and damp detangling is exactly how curls should be brushed. Work in sections from the ends upward.

Can I use it every day?

Yes. No heat, rounded tips, and a cushion that flexes rather than pulling.
