How do I place an order?
Add your products to the cart, then click Checkout. You can pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by a secure payment provider (SSL encryption, 3D Secure). We never have access to your card details.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
We currently ship to the United States only. Orders ship from our partner suppliers' warehouses in the US, and the estimated delivery time is shown at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within the United States is a flat rate shown in US dollars at checkout, and free on orders over $45.
How do I track my parcel?
A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also find it in your customer account.
