Shopify (hosting and platform), payment providers, carriers, email marketing tools. Some are located outside the EU; these transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Customers: 3 years after the last purchase (marketing).
Prospects: 3 years after the last contact.
Accounting records: 10 years.
Cookies: 13 months maximum; consent choices: 6 months.
